高速铁路钻爆法隧道关键工序要素分析及自动判识技术研究

目前高速铁路钻爆法隧道施工工序用时多以人工记录的方式统计,存在实时性不足、反馈不及时等现象.为提高钻爆法隧道施工关键工序的数字化程度、提高工程进度管理精度,本文采用因素分析法提取高速铁路钻爆法隧道施工关键工序的业务要素与数据要素,融合机器视觉技术、UWB定位技术和通信组网技术,创新提出高速铁路钻爆法隧道关键工序自动判识技术,并形成一套自动判识软硬件设备,为高速铁路钻爆法隧道关键工序用时数据自动化采集、关键工序用时分析和工程进度管理提供了必要的技术手段.
Research on Key Process Elements and Automatic Judgment Technology of High-Speed Rail Drilling and Blasting Tunnel
The construction processes of high-speed rail drilling and blasting tunnel are complex and difficult to control.At present,the time duration of each process is usually counted in the form of manual record that features non-timeliness,untimely feedback and low progress control accuracy.This paper analyzes the business scenarios and digitalization of high-speed rail drilling and blasting tunnels,analyzes the key process business and data elements,and innovatively proposes the automatic identification technology of key processes of high-speed rail drilling and blasting tunnels,and forms a set of automatic identification software and hardware equipment,which provides necessary technical means for automatic data acquisition and intelligent process analysis,so as to improve the management level of tunnel engineering.
