Design of 110 m Single Ribbed Double Cable Plane Simply Supported Arch Bridge in Urban(Suburban)Railway
The simply supported arch is a structural system that combines the prestressed concrete beam and the concrete-filled steel tube arch rib.It combines the advantages of the two in terms of force, and is mostly used in the form of double arch ribs. The simply supported arch with single arch rib is different from the commonly used simply supported arch with double arch rib in the stress mode.It is the first application of railway bridge, and the design is difficult.Through calculation and analysis, the main beam adopts rigid tie beam and the arch rib adopts truss type, which increases the stiffness and bearing capacity of the structure.By adopting horizontal double suspension rods and selecting reasonable arch rib sections, the lateral stability problem of single arch rib steel tube concrete arches has been solved. The stress modes of the single-rib arch simply supported arch suspension point beam and the double-rib arch suspension point beam are different, and the reasonable arrangement of the beam prestress should be paid attention to in the design.
