Research on the Architecture of Railway Operation Safety Assessment System
Railway is the infrastructure of national transportation and the main artery of the national economy.The safety of railway operation is crucial to the safety of people's lives and property.Building a railway operation safety assessment system and formulating railway operation safety assessment standards play an important role in ensuring railway safety operation.This article studies the current situation and actual needs of railway operation safety assessment in China,draws on the relevant industries of urban rail transit,civil aviation,and foreign railway operation safety assessment,analyzes the necessity of constructing a railway operation safety assessment system,and proposes suggestions for the framework of railway operation safety assessment system from the aspects of assessment scope,assessment classification,and assessment implementation subject.
