摘要

基于项目管理理论,深入研究挣值法在工程设计项目管理中的应用可行性.通过详细分析挣值法的基本原理、核心概念、计算公式和解释,探讨其在实际项目管理中的有效性.采用Oracle Primavera P6软件(以下简称"P6")对挣值法在工程设计项目管理中的适用性进行模拟验证.结果表明,挣值法不仅能够优化项目执行计划,还显著提高了项目管理的成功率和效率.这对工程设计项目管理实践具有重要的指导意义,相关工作表明挣值法在复杂工程设计项目管理中具备显著的应用效果.

Abstract

Based on project management theory,this paper explores the feasibility of applying Earned Value Management(EVM)in engineering design project management.By thoroughly analyzing the fundamental principles,core concepts,calculation formulas,and interpretations of EVM,the paper investigates its effectiveness in actual project management.The study employs Oracle Primavera P6 software(hereinafter referred to as P6)to simulate and validate the applicability of EVM in engineering design project management.The results indicate that the introduction of EVM not only optimizes project execution plans but also significantly improves the success rate and efficiency of project management.This is of important for engineering design project management practice,it has been demonstrated that EVM has notable application effects in complex engineering design project management.
