摘要

雅万高铁Tegal Luar动车段作为中国高铁全产业链"走出去"的首个示范工程,面临跨国文化差异、语言沟通障碍及复杂地质条件等多重挑战,以全生命周期BIM技术为核心,构建涵盖策划、设计、施工、运维四大阶段的技术路线,首次在海外实现中国铁路BIM标准的全生命周期技术应用,通过多专业协同设计、碰撞检查优化、施工组织仿真及数字化交底等关键技术,解决了二维图纸表达局限、跨文化沟通效率低等难题,提升了工程设计质量与施工管理效能.验证了BIM技术在海外复杂工程中的适应性,为中国高铁技术国际化推广提供了可复用的技术路径与管理经验.

Abstract

As the first demonstration project of China's high-speed rail industry chain"going global",the Tegal Luar EMU Depot of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway faces multiple challenges,including cultural differences,language barriers,and complex geological conditions.Centered on BIM technology throughout the life cycle,this project establishes a technical framework covering four phases-planning,design,construction,and operation and maintenance-marking the first overseas implementation of China's railway BIM standards across the entire life cycle.Key technologies such as multidisciplinary collaborative design,clash detection and optimization,construction organization simulation,and digital technical disclosure address limitations in 2D drawing expression and inefficiencies in cross-cultural communication,thereby enhancing engineering design quality and construction management efficiency.This study validates the adaptability of BIM technology in overseas complex engineering projects,offering technical pathways and management insights for the international promotion of China's high-speed rail technology.
