Railway operational line construction is an indispensable task to ensure that railway equipment and facili-ties remain in optimal condition,thereby ensuring train operation safe and enhancing transportation efficiency.This paper analyzes the current status of railway operational line construction management informatization and the busi-ness requirements for construction,maintenance,and inspection registration of train operation equipment.It investi-gates the overall structure of the train equipment construction and maintenance registration system,the standardiza-tion of its functionalities,and the interface interactions for electronic registration and exchange of data among multiple systems.It identifies safety risk points in construction and maintenance registration,thereby providing references for interconnection among registration systems and other systems,unified management of registration systems,and collab-orative safety monitoring between registration systems and other systems.
