On the basis of expounding the metrological characteristics of the detecting devices for overload and un-balance load of railway container,the main metrological performance requirements of the detecting devices for over-load and unbalance load of railway container are analyzed from the definition and indication error of total weight,transverse offset and longitudinal unbalanced weight.Combined with quantity value traceability of the detecting de-vices for overload and unbalance load of railway container,the method and matters needing attention of quantity value traceability of the detecting devices for overload and unbalance load of railway container are discussed so as to under-stand the essence and requirements of quantity value traceability of the detecting devices for overload and unbalance load of railway container.
