聚合物改性火山岩粗骨料及其混凝土性能试验研究

火山岩粗骨料有表观密度低、孔隙率高、吸水性能强等特性,但若未经处理直接应用于混凝土中,会对新拌混凝土及硬化混凝土性能有较大影响.采用对聚合物改性的方法,对火山岩粗骨料进行表面改性,使其坚固性、吸水率、对减水剂吸附量等性能得到改善.改性后的火山岩粗骨料混凝土流变性能及和易性、抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能大幅提升,各项性能与普通碎石混凝土相当.
The volcanic rock coarse aggregate has the characteristics of low density,high porosity and strong water absorption.If the coarse volcanic aggregate is not treated,it will have a great influence on the performance of both freshly mixed concrete and hardened concrete when applied to concrete.After the volcanic rock coarse aggregate was modified by polymer modification,the properties such as soundness,water absorption and water reducing agent ad-sorption have been significantly improved.the rheological properties,workability,compressive strength and chloride penetration resistance of the modified volcanic rock coarse aggregate concrete are greatly improved.The properties are the same as ordinary crushed stone concrete.
