摘要
介绍国际铁路行业标准(international railway industry standard,IRIS)概况、认证方案、管理机构、认证证书等基本情况,深入分析IRIS认证的发展历程.从IRIS认证对过程方法的强化、顾客关注的强化、铁路行业供应链的延伸、铁路领域供应链各类型企业和业务适用性的考虑,以及推动铁路质量管理最佳实践的应用等多个层面,分析IRIS相关标准及认证的价值和意义.
Abstract
This paper introduces the basic information of IRIS overview,certification scheme,management body,cer-tification certificate,etc.,and deeply analyzes the development process of IRIS certification.The value and signifi-cance of IRIS standards and certifications are analyzed from multiple levels,such as the strengthening of process ap-proach,the strengthening of customer focus,the extension of the supply chain of the railway industry,the consider-ation of the applicability of various types of enterprises and businesses in the supply chain in the railway sector,and the promotion of the application of railway quality management best practices.
