摘要

货车轴承磨合机和客车轴箱轴承退卸机测温系统的量值准确性关系到轮轴检修质量.目前,尚未发布测温系统量值溯源的计量技术规范,也没有建立计量标准.为了保证测温系统的量值准确可靠,开展货车轴承磨合机和客车轴箱轴承退卸机测温系统量值保证研究,提出测温系统校准方法,介绍校准过程,评定测温系统不确定度.评定结果表明:测温系统示值误差的扩展不确定度不大于测温系统温度最大允许误差区间半宽 1/3,满足量值溯源要求,测得的温度值准确可靠.

Abstract

The accuracy of measured quantity values of the temperature measurement system in the machine for bear-ing running-in of the truck and the machine for unloading axle box bearing of the passenger car is related to the qual-ity of wheel axle maintenance.At present,there is no metrological technical specification for traceability of quantity values of the temperature measurement system,nor is there a metrological standard established.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of quantity values measured by the temperature measurement system,research was conducted on the value assurance of the temperature measurement systems in the machine for bearing running-in of the truck and the machine for unloading axle box bearing of the passenger car.A calibration method for the temperature mea-surement system was proposed,the calibration process was introduced,and the uncertainty of the temperature mea-surement system is evaluated.The evaluation results indicate that the expanded uncertainty of the indication error of the temperature measurement system is not greater than 1/3 of the maximum allowable error interval of the tempera-ture measurement system,which meets the requirements for traceability of measurement values,the measured tem-perature values are accurate and reliable.
