According to Commission Regulation(EU)No 1300/2014 of 18 November 2014 on the technical speci-fications for interoperability relating to accessibility of the European Union's rail system for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility,take the conformity assessment of accessibility Belgrade-Stara Pazova section of Hungry-Serbia railway infrastructare as an example,conformity assessment is described in detail in terms of the crite-ria,institutions and contents.In view of the problems found in the conformity assessment for accessibility of the Union's rail system for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility,it is proposed that in the design stage the design drawings are optimized and strictly reviewed to ensure that they meet the specification requirements;in the construction stage the selected construction unit should have corresponding qualifications and construction ex-perience,strictly implemented the joint review of drawings control the quality of construction process,correct devia-tions in time,and ensure smooth passing of conformity assessment of accessibility for the Union's Rail system for per-sons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility.Combined with project practice,derogation from application conditions and procedures are introduced.
