轨道工程车柴油机散热系统流场分析与结构优化

针对存在散热问题的轨道工程车柴油机散热系统,采用CFD仿真软件,对原结构、改进结构及新造结构的散热系统进行流场分析,结合分析结果对防雨盖板进行结构优化.结果表明,优化后的结构能有效减小空气流动阻力,使流场内速度分布更加均匀,流道阻力显著减小,小于散热风机设计静压值,能满足散热系统对冷却风机的流量要求,解决了因流动阻力过大而引起的柴油机散热不良问题,为轨道工程车柴油机散热系统设计提供参考.
For the diesel engine heat dissipation system of the track engineering car with heat dissipation problems,CFD simulation software is used to analyze the flow field of the original,improved,and newly constructed heat dissipa-tion systems.Based on the analysis results,the structure of the rain cover plate is optimized.The results show that the optimized structure can effectively reduce air flow resistance,make the velocity distribution in the flow field more uni-form,significantly reduce flow resistance in the channel,and be lower than the design static pressure value of the cool-ing fan,which can meet the flow requirements of the cooling system for the cooling fan.The problem of poor heat dissi-pation of diesel engines caused by excessive flow resistance is sotved which can provide reference for the design of diesel engine heat dissipation systems for track engineering car.
