摘要

市域铁路一般采用无砟轨道,为此设计无砟道岔扣件系统.道岔扣件系统板下弹性垫层采用三元乙丙橡胶,实现了无砟轨道道床低刚度要求;岔枕螺栓安装处设置具有防转功能的复合偏心套和防转盖板,增大道岔轨距调整范围,同时改善岔枕螺栓受力,增强扣件系统稳定性.扣件系统性能试验研究表明,扣件系统各项指标均满足规范要求,同时具有良好的减振性能.

Abstract

Ballastless track is generally used in the track structure of suburban railways,so a ballastless turnout fas-tening system is designed.The elastic cushion under track slab of turnout fastening system adopts ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM),which realizes the low stiffness requirement of ballastless track bed.The composite eccen-tric sleeve with anti-rotation function and cover plate with anti-rotation function are arranged at the bolt installation position of turnout sleeper,which can increase the adjustment range of turnout gauge,improve the stress of bolt at turnout sleeper and enhance the stability of fastening system.The trial production and performance test of the fasten-ing system show that all the indexes of the fastener system meet the requirements of the code and have good vibration reduction performance.
