车钩校对样板检定自动测量程序研制

摘要
在检定车钩校对样板过程中,采用人工手动打点编程,存在触测角度偏差大、测量特征点坐标时测量力不均匀、编程用时较长等问题.利用三坐标测量机软件的自动识别特征功能,在三维数据模型上规划测量过程,编写自动测量程序,实现车钩校对样板自动测量.对比分析手动测量与自动测量的过程和结果,结果表明:手动测量结果与自动测量结果均符合偏差要求;两者的重复性试验显示,自动测量的结果更加稳定准确.
Abstract
In the process of verifying calibration proofreading template of the coupler,there are problems such as large sdeviation in the touch angle,uneven measurement force when measuring the coordinates of feature point,and long pro-gramming time when using manual marking for programming.By utilizing the function of automatically identifying fea-tures of the software in the three-coordinate measuring machine,the measurement process is planned based on a three-dimensional data model,and an automatic measurement program is developed to achieve automatic measurement of calibration template of the coupler.A comparative analysis of the process and results of manual measurement and auto-matic measure ment shows that both manual measurement results and automatic measurement results meet the require-ments;the repeatability test of both shows that the results of automatic measurement are more stable and accurate.
