高速铁路道岔尖轨心轨廓形偏差校验软件研制

通过人工方法校验尖轨心轨廓形偏差,不仅校验结果准确性不高,而且校验效率低。依据TB/T 3307。1-2020《高速铁路道岔制造技术条件 第 1 部分:制造与组装》要求,参考人工校验方法,提出尖轨心轨廓形偏差校验软件功能,介绍廓形偏差校验原理,设计廓形偏差校验软件,并验证廓形偏差校验软件。结果表明:采用廓形偏差校验软件,能够准确、快速地对比尖轨心轨廓形,并且统一了廓形比对基准和偏差计算方法,消除了不同方法造成的结果差异。
The profile deviation of the switch rail and point rail is manually checked,which not only results in poor ac-curacy but also low check efficiency.According to the requirements of TB/T 3307.1-2020 Technical specification for manufacturing of high speed turnouts-Part 1:Manufacturing and assembly,and referring to the manual check meth-ods,the paper proposes function of the software for checking the profile deviation of the switch rail and point rail,intro-duces the principle of checking profile deviation,designs the software for checking profile deviation.The software for checking profile deviation is verified.The results show that using the software for checking profile deviation can not only accurately and quickly compare the profile deviation of the switch rail and point rail,but also unify the profile com-parison benchmark and deviation calculation method,eliminating the differences in results caused by different methods.
