欧盟铁路互通性能源子系统验证实践(上)

欧盟铁路局根据互通性指令Directive(EU)2016/797制定了欧盟铁路互通性技术规范(TSI),以确保欧盟成员国铁路系统互联互通。依据Directive(EU)2016/797、欧盟铁路系统能源子系统互通性技术规范 2014/1301/EU,结合匈塞铁路塞尔维亚贝尔格莱德至旧帕佐瓦段能源子系统EC验证实践,解析欧盟铁路系统能源子系统互通性技术规范 2014/1301/EU的主要内容,研究能源子系统EC验证及其互通性部件(接触网悬挂系统)的EC验证流程和思路,为今后开展欧盟铁路能源子系统及互通性部件EC验证工作提供指引。
The European Railway Agency has formulated the EU Railway Technical Specifications for Interoperabil-ity(TSI)in accordance with the Interoperability Directive 2016/797/EU to ensure the interoperability of the railway system in EU nember states.According to the Interoperability Directive 2016/797/EU,the EU railway system energy subsystem technical specifications for interoperability 2014/1301/EU,combined with the EC certification practice of the energy subsystem of the Belgrade-StaraPazova section of the Hungary-Serbia railway,the paper analyzes the main contents of the EU railway system energy subsystem technical specifications for interoperability 2014/1301/EU.The TSI certification workflow and ideas for energy subsystems and their interoperability components(catenary suspension systems)are studied in order to provide guidance for EC certification of EU railway energy subsystem and their in-teroperability components in future.
