铁路货车120系列控制阀作用优化研究

为解决 120 系列控制阀在小减压量制动后缓解工况下缓解波速度低,在紧急制动后缓解工况充风时间长、耗费能源高,以及 120-1 型控制阀在常用全制动工况下制动缸压力差异大,在常用全制动后缓解工况下缓解波速度低、再充风时间延长的问题,提出以下优化方案:利用列车管和副风缸中压缩空气的压力差,控制加速缓解阀开启,优化常用制动后加速缓解作用;在紧急阀部分设计紧急加速缓解功能,实现紧急制动后加速缓解作用;在局减排气通路上,设计由副风缸和制动缸中压缩空气的压力差控制的开闭结构,实现常用制动加速作用关闭。
In order to solve the problems that 120 series control valves have low relief wave velocity under relief work-ing condition after breaking with small pressure reduction,long air charging time and high energy consumption under emergency brake application,and 120-1 control valve have large the pressure difference of brake cylinder under the full service brake application conditions,low wave velocity and prolonged recharging time after full service brake appli-cation,the following optimezation measures are put forward:the pressure difference of the compressed air between in the train pipe and in the auxiliary reservoir is used to contrd the opening of accelerated relief valve,in order to optimize the acceleration relief effect after service brake application;in the emergency valve part,an emergency acceleration re-lief function is designed to realize the acceleration relief after emergency brake application;in the local air reduction passage,the opening and closing structure controlled by the pressure difference the compressed air between the auxil-iary reservoir and the brake cylinder is designed to realize closing acceleration effect of the service brake application.
