普通蓄电池箱缺乏高温、强太阳辐射应对措施,为保证蓄电池及电子器件正常工作,针对有轨电车运行地区高温、强太阳辐射的环境特点,设计蓄电池箱.介绍蓄电池箱箱体结构、通风设计.借助有限元法,分析箱体在无任何隔热防护措施时,箱内环境及电子器件的温升情况.结合有限元分析结果,对箱体采取隔热防护措施.试验证明,箱体隔热防护措施有效.
Ordinary cabinet of battery lacks measures to deal with high temperature and strong solar radiation.In or-der to ensure the normal operation of the battery and electron device,according to the environmental characteristics of high temperature and strong radiation in tramcar running area,a cabinet of battery is designed.The structure and venti-lation design of cabinet of battery are introduced.With the help of finite element analysis,the temperature rise of the en-vironment and electronic devices in cabinet without any thermal insulation protection measures is analyzed.Combined with the results of finite element analysis,heat insulation protection measures are taken for the cabinet body.Tests show that the heat insulation protection measures of the cabinet are effective.
