郑渝高铁工程接触网动态检测中发现的问题及整改措施(下)

针对郑渝高铁郑州—万州段联调联试过程中发现的接触网问题,介绍接触网动态评价方法,分析问题成因,提出相应整改措施。经验收发现:通过实施整改措施,消除了接触网接触线高度、拉出值、相邻定位点高差、同一跨内相邻吊弦点高差等动态缺陷,改善了接触线硬点及燃弧缺陷,接触网动态参数符合Q/CR 841-2021《接触网动态检测评价方法》要求。整改措施不仅可用于指导既有线接触网缺陷整治工作,还可为接触网设计施工提供参考。
In response to the overhead contact system problems during the testing and commissioning process of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou section of the Zhengzhou-Chongqing high-speed railway,the paper introduces the evaluation methods of catenary dynamic inspection data,analyzes the causes of problems,and proposes corresponding rectifica-tion measures.After acceptance inspection,it was found that after the implementation of rectification measures,the dynamic defects in the overhead contact system has been eliminated such as contact wire height,stagger,adjacent reg-istration location height difference,and adjacent suspension point height difference within a span,which improved the hard spot and arcing defects of the contact wire.The dynamic parameters of the overhead contact system meet the re-quirements of Q/CR 841-2021 Evaluation method of catenary dynamic inspection data.These rectification measures can be used not only to guide the rectification defects in the overhead contact system for existing line,but also to pro-vide reference for the overhead contact system design and construction.
