地铁车辆车体无轨自动运输系统研究及架大修库布局优化(下)

基于轨道的地铁车辆车体流转与停放传统方式,制约了在车辆架大修库内检修车辆能力。为了在架修大修过程中自动流转与停放车体,利用自动导引车技术,研究提出一种无轨自动运输系统,并优化架大修库车体检修台位布局。测试结果表明,采用无轨自动运输系统及配套工艺规划,不仅能安全有效自动运输车体,还能提高检修库土地利用率,提升检修车辆能力。
Absrtact:The track-based traditional mode for transferring and parking car body of the metro vehicle restricts the ability to repair vehicles in the shed for intermediate repair and heavy repair.Using the technology of automatic guided vehicles,a trackless automatic transportation system is studied and proposed,and the layout of maintenance workstations in the shed for intermediate repair and heavy repair is optimized in order to automatically transfer and park the car body of the metro vehicle during the process of the intermediate repair and heavy repair.The test results show that adopting a trackless automatic transportation system and supporting process planning,not only can the car body of the metro vehicle be safely and effectively transported automatically,but also the land utilization rate of the maintenance depot can be improved,and the capacity of maintenance vehicles can be enhanced.
