摘要

新能源技术在铁路行业的研究、推广与应用,有效地推进了"绿色铁路"的发展.铁路新能源技术标准体系对新能源技术在铁路的发展与应用具有重要的促进与指导作用,但当前对铁路新能源技术标准体系的研究尚属空白.为此,提出铁路新能源技术标准体系构建原则,分析铁路利用新能源技术的特点,梳理、甄别现行新能源相关的国家标准、行业标准、地方标准,构建了以能源形式分类的铁路新能源技术标准体系,提出铁路新能源技术标准制修订建议,为优化完善我国铁路新能源技术标准体系提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract

New-energy technologies have been widely researched,spread and applied in railway,the achievement of"Green Railway"goal is promoted effectively.The standard system of railway new-energy technology plays an impor-tant role in promoting and guiding the development and application of new-energy technology in railways,however the research gap of the standard system of railway new-energy technology is still exist at present.In this paper,a prin-ciples for building standard system are proposed,characteristics of new-energy technology utilized in railway are ana-lyzed,national standards,industry standards and local standards related to new-energy are arranged and identified,the standard system of railway new-energy technology is built according to the way of energy classification,advices of formulation and revision of railway new-energy technology standard are given,which can provide reference and guid-ance for optimization and improvement of new-energy technology standard system of our country.
