城市轨道交通供电系统钢铝复合轨耐磨性试验方案研究

在介绍城市轨道交通供电系统钢铝复合轨耐磨性试验的要求和原方案基础上,依据CJ/T 414-2012《城市轨道交通钢铝复合导电轨技术要求》,结合受流器受流过程和钢铝复合轨磨耗情况,提出钢铝复合轨耐磨性试验新方案,并与钢铝复合轨耐磨性试验原方案进行对比分析,开展验证试验。试验结果表明:与钢铝复合轨耐磨性试验原方案相比,新方案试验条件、磨耗比计算模型与实际应用更接近,采用直接测量方法测量钢铝复合轨耐磨性试验前后高度,计算得到的磨耗比结果更加准确可靠。
According to CJ/T 414-2012 Technical requirements of aluminum-steel conductor rail for urban rail tran-sit,combined with the collected current process of current collectors and wear situation of aluminum-steel rail,a new abrasion test program for aluminum-steel rail is proposed based on the introduction of the abrasion test requirements and the original abrasion test program for aluminum-steel rail of the power supply system of the urban rail transit.The new abrasinon test program for aluminum-steel rail is compared and analysed with the orginal one,and verification test are carried out.The test results show that compared with the original program for the abrasion test of aluminum-steel rail,the new program's test conditions and the calculation model of the wear ratio are closer to actural applications;the direct measurement method is used to measure the height of aluminum-steel rail before and after abrasion test,and the calculated result of the abrasive ratio are more accurate and reliable.
