The European Railway Agency has formulated the EU Railway Technical Specifications for Interoperabil-ity(TSI)in accordance with the Interoperability Directive 2016/797/EU to ensure the interoperability of the railway system in EU nember states.According to the Interoperability Directive 2016/797/EU,the EU railway system energy subsystem technical specifications for interoperability 2014/1301/EU,combined with the EC certification practice of the energy subsystem of the Belgrade-Stara Pazova section of the Hungary-Serbia railway,the paper analyzes the main contents of the EU railway system energy subsystem technical specifications for interoperability 2014/1301/EU.The TSI certification workflow and ideas for energy subsystems and their interoperability components(catenary suspension systems)are studied in order to provide guidance for EC certification of EU railway energy subsystem and their in-teroperability components in future.
