为保障HXN3B型内燃机车运行的安全性和可靠性,同时缩短故障处理时间,对 2 起内燃机车异常震颤问题进行分析研究,找出引起内燃机车异常震颤原因,并提出及时更换故障传感器、处理相模块信息、排查机务段内所有HXN3B型内燃机车同类问题等措施。针对内燃机车异常震颤处理过程,提出对引起异常震颤的振动源分类、成立专家小组、优化修程、全面排查、检查重点部位等处理思路和原则。
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of HXN3B diesel locomotive operation and shorten the time of fault handling,two kinds of abnormal tremor of diesel locomotive are analyzed and studied,the causes of abnormal tremor are found out,and some control measures are put forward,such as replacing fault sensors in time,processing phase module information,checking similar problems of all HXN3B diesel locomotive in the locomotive section,etc.In view of handling process for the tremor of diesel locomotive,some treatment ideas and priciples are put forward,such as classification of vibration sources causing abnormal tremor,setting up expert groups,optimizing repair schedule,comprehensively checking and checking key parts,etc.
