提升铁路运输企业特种设备安全监管工作效能的研究

摘要
依照《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》要求,国家市场监督管理总局每年发布《全国特种设备安全状况的通告》,公布全国特种设备基本情况、安全状况、安全监管与节能等总体情况.通过分析研究 2020-2023 年的通告,归纳特种设备安全监管的重点设备种类,进一步分析各类事故情况,对比铁路运输企业特种设备现状和特点,提出提升特种设备安全监管效能的建议措施.
Abstract
In accordance with the People's Republic of China special equipment safety law,the state administration for market regulation annually issues the National special equipment safety status announcement,in which the basic situa-tion,safety status,safety supervision,energy conservation,and other overall conditions of special equipment nation-wide are published.This study analyzes the announcements from 2020 to 2023,identifies key types of special equip-ment under safety supervision,further examines various accident scenarios,compares the status and characteristics of special equipment within railway transportation enterprises,and proposes measures to enhance the effectiveness of safety supervision for special equipment.
