摘要

介绍电动车组牵引变压器专用温度继电器工作原理及其技术要求,参考JJF 1908-2021《双金属温度计校准规范》,设计电动车组牵引变压器专用温度继电器示值误差校准装置,并评定示值误差校准结果不确定度.结果表明,电动车组牵引变压器专用温度继电器示值误差校准结果的扩展不确定度小于专用温度继电器最大允许误差绝对值的 1/4,满足量值传递要求.校准装置的成功研制,为制定电动车组牵引变压器专用温度继电器检定规程或校准规范提供参考.

Abstract

The paper introduces the working principle and technical requirements of the dedicated temperature relay for tractive transformer fo the EMU.Referring to JJF 1908-2021 Calibration specification for bimetallic thermometers,the calibration device for the indication error of dedicated temperature relay for tractive transformers of the EMU is de-signed,and the uncertainty of the calibration results for indication error is evaluated.The results indicate that the ex-panded uncertainty of the calibration results for the indication error of the dedicated temperature relay for tractive trans-former of the EMU is less than 1/4 of the absolute value of the maximum allowable error of the temperature relay,which meets the requirements for dissemination of quantity value.The successful development of the calibration device pro-vides a reference for the formulation of the verification regulation or calibration specification for the dedicated tempera-ture relay for tractive transformer of the EMU.
