基于特征点坐标法的机车车辆车轮轮缘踏面校对样板外形轮廓自动检定装置研制

针对机车车辆车轮轮缘踏面校对样板检定过程中存在检定结果准确度受人为因素影响大、检定时间长、效率低等问题,以机车车辆车轮轮缘踏面校对样板外形轮廓的既有检定过程为基础,依据JJF(CR)044-2022《检修用样板类量具校准规范》和JJG(铁道)212-2023《机车车辆样板类量具检定规程》,提出机车车辆车轮轮缘踏面校对样板外形轮廓自动检定装置的设计要求和思路,研制自动检定装置,并进行验证。验证结果表明,自动检定装置的测量能力满足设计要求,测量结果符合量值传递要求,能自动测量校对样板外形轮廓,减小人为误差,缩短测量时间,大幅提升检定效率。
In response to the problems of accuracy of verification results greatly affected by human factors,long veri-fication time,and low efficiency during the verification process of verification sample gauge's contour for wheel flange and tread of rolling stock,on basis of the existing verification process of verification sample gauge's contour for wheel flange and tread of rolling stock,and according to JJF(CR)044-2022 Calibration sepcification for model class mea-suring sample gauge for equipment repair and JJG(Railway)212-2023 Verification regulation of model class mea-suring sample gauge of railway locomotive and rolling stock,the design requirements and ideas for the verification de-vice for verification sample gauge's contour for wheel flange and tread of rolling stock is proposed,an automatic verifi-cation device for the verification sample gauge based on feature point coordinate method is developed and verified.The verification results show that the measurement capability of this verification device meets the requirements,and the measurement results meet the requirements for dissemination of quantity value.It can automatically measure the verification sample gauge's contour,reduce human error,shorten measurement time,and greatly improve the verifica-tion efficiency.
