The paper elaborates on the rules,requirements,and implementation of quality management system certi-fication for enterprises with multiple locations.Based on the current excellent practices of enterprise quality manage-ment system certification,this paper analyzes the concept,application,and acceptance conditions of enterprise qual-ity management system certification in multiple locations,with a focus on discussing the requirements for enterprise quality management system certification in multiple locations in the rail transit industry.Based on risk management and the application of process management method,this paper systematically analyzes the main connotations of qual-ity management system certification for enterprises with multiple locations and the corresponding problems commonly existing in the enterprises with multiple locations of rail transit.Suggestions for the implementation of quality manage-ment system certification for enterprises with multiple locations of rail transit are proposed,which can provide refer-ence for rail transit enterprises with multiple locations when applying enterprise quality management system certifica-tion plans.
