列车运行监控装置复杂环境适应性检测方案研究

摘要
列车运行监控装置(LKJ)应用数量多、地域广,需适应复杂环境.分析LKJ应用环境和现行标准对LKJ环境适应性的要求,提出LKJ复杂环境适应性检测方案,详细阐述低温低气压试验、温度变化试验、温度(低温/高温)与振动综合试验等的严酷等级和试验方法,对低温低气压试验、温度变化试验方案的可行性进行验证.验证结果表明,低温低气压试验、温度变化试验方案可行.
Abstract
Train monitoring device(LKJ)is utilized in large numbers and has an extensive geographic reach,neces-sitating adaptation to complex environments.The application environment of LKJ and the environmental adaptability requirements set by current standards are analyzed.Detection scheme for LKJ in complex environments is proposed,and the severity grades and test methods for low-temperature and low-pressure test,temperature change test,com-bined temperature(low/high)and vibration test are elaborated.The feasibility of the detection scheme for the low-tem-perature and low-pressure test and the temperature change test has been verified.The verification results confirm the feasibility of these tests.
