摘要

为了使多编组道岔运输装置各编组能独立作业,又可以协同作业,提高同步控制精度,研制多编组道岔运输装置无线协同控制系统.介绍多编组道岔运输装置无线协同控制系统的组成和工作原理,阐述系统静液压驱动走行控制功能.通过实际装车试验,验证无线协同控制系统.验证结果表明:用 1 台遥控发射器,可以控制 4 台道岔运输装置实现静液压驱动走行,信息交互延时短、可靠性高.在不同的工况下,多编组道岔运输装置走行平稳、目标跟随响应较快,平直线路上速度相对误差不超过±5%.

Abstract

In order to make each group of multi-group turnout transport devices work independently and coopera-tively at the same time,and improve the precision of synchronous control,a wireless cooperative control system for multi-group turnout transport devices is developed.The composition and working principle of the wireless cooperative control system for multi-group turnout transport devices are introduced,and the hydrostatic running control function of the system is elaborated.Through the actual loading test,the wireless cooperative control system is verified.The verification results show that:four turnout transport devices can be controlled by one remote controller transmitter to realize hydrostatic running,information interaction delay is low and the reliability of the information interaction is high.Under different working conditions,the multi-group turnout transport devices run smoothly,the target following response is fast,and the relative error of speed on straight lines is less than 5%.
