The standardized management of the problems discovered during the implementation of railway transporta-tion technical regulations is conducive to improving the adaptability and effectiveness of technical regulations.Through investigation and analysis on the types and management methods of the problems discovered during the implementation of technical regulations in various railway bureau group companies,the whole process management mode of these problems is studied.According to the specific content of different stages,the corresponding manage-ment mode is put forward,which can further explore the management focus after the release and implementation of technical regulations,and provide new ideas for maintaining and improving the content of technical regulations.
