Taking Shaliang Logistics Park of China Railway Hohhot Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,the paper pro-poses countermeasures to cope with external interference,such as optimizing and upgrading hardware equipment,im-proving recognition algorithms,optimizing data transmission protocols and storage mechanisms,and enhancing the ro-bustness of algorithms to environmental changes on the basis of analyzing the hardware problems,software algorithm defects,data transmission errors,inability to store due to image loss,as well as the harsh external environment and container surface contamination of container number recognition system in the railway yard and station.Practice has proven that after adopting these countermeasures,the recognition accuracy rate and operational stability of the con-tainer number recognition system have been significantly improved,which can provide solid technical support for effi-cient and precise management of containers in the railway yard and station.
