地铁车辆检修车间电气柜门电控锁设计

为了消除传统地铁车辆检修车间电气柜门锁安全隐患,保障电气柜门开启时长可控,设计一种地铁车辆检修车间电气柜门电控锁.依据设计原则,从安全、功能、集成度 3 个方面分析电控锁需求,结合电控锁总体架构,分别从锁体和电子钥匙 2 个方面提出电控锁设计方案.模拟试验证明,电控锁设计方案能够实现预设功能.
In order to eliminate the safety hazard of traditional electrical cabinet door locks in the maintenance work-shop for metro vehicle and ensure controllable opening time of metro electrical cabinet doors,an electric control lock for electrical cabinet doors in the maintenance workshop for metro vehicle is developed.Based on design principles,the paper analyzes the requirements of electronic control locks from three aspects:safety,function,and integration.Combined with the overall architecture of electronic control lock,electronic control lock design schemes are proposed from two aspects:lock body and electronic key.After simulation experiments,it is found that the design scheme can achieve the preset functions.
