摘要

2018 年,国际铁路联盟(UIC)发布国际铁路解决方案(IRS)工作计划,并积极推动活页转化为IRS的工作和新制定IRS的工作,发布了多项IRS.在此背景下,研究UIC国际标准化工作概况和程序,为进一步提升我国铁路国际标准化工作水平,推进我国主持或参与UIC标准制修订工作提供参考.

Abstract

The International Union of Railways(UIC)has issued a work plan for international railway solutions(IRS)in 2018,and actively promoted the conversion of leaflets into IRS and the development of new IRS.A number of IRS have been published.In this context,this paper studies the overview and procedures of UIC international stan-dardization work,which can provide a reference for further improving the level of international standardization work of China Railway and encouraging China to host or participate in the formulation and revision of UIC standards.
