By improving the workshop management level in car depot,consolidating the management foundation,and implementing standardization work in specific production positions and daily management,it can effectively improve workshop production efficiency and ensure production safety.The paper analyzes in detail the actual situation of stan-dardization construction in the wheel workshop of Zhengzhou North Car Depot from three aspects:technical standard system,management standard system,and work standard system.Taking the management chain of"establishing stan-dards,learning standards,implementing standards,and benchmarking standards"as the main line,this paper elabo-rates on the specific practices of each link from three levels:workshop,team,and position.Aiming at the problems ex-isting in workshop management,the optimization directions and measures are proposed,which can provide reference for the continuous improvement of the long-term mechanism for promoting standardized production management in en-terprises and enhancing the level of workshop team management.
