为了验证由主标准器 3 等量块和辅助设备电脑量块比较仪构成的 3 等量块标准装置检定 4 等量块中心长度的可行性,分析 3 等量块标准装置检定原理、数学模型和操作步骤。依据JJG 146-2011《量块检定规程》,检定 4 等量块中心长度,并评定检定结果测量不确定度。结果表明,长度为 50 mm的 4 等量块中心长度检定结果扩展测量不确定度为 0。23µm,小于其测量不确定度要求 0。30µm,3 等量块标准装置测量结果符合JJG 146-2011 中规定,满足量值传递要求,可利用其检定 4 等量块中心长度。
In order to verify the feasibility of using the 3-level gauge block standard device consisting of 3-level gauge block as the main standard instrument and computer gauge blocks comparator as the auxiliary equipment to verify the central length of the 4-level gauge block,the principle,mathematical model and operation steps of verifica-tion using the 3-level gauge block standard device are analyzed.According to JJG 146-2011 Verification regulation of gauge blocks,the central length of 4-level gauge block is verified,and the measurement uncertainty of the verifica-tion results is evaluated.The results show that the extended measurement uncertainty of the verification results of the central length of 4-level gauge block with a length of 50 mm is 0.23µm which is less than the required measurement uncertainty of 0.30µm.The measurement results of the 3-level gauge block standard device comply with the provi-sions of JJG 146-2011,and meet the requirements of dissemination of quantity value.The 3-level gauge block stan-dard device can be used to verify the centeal length of the 4-level gauge block.
