To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the track gage and superelevation values of the calibrators for rail-way track gages,and correctly understand and master the main technical changes in the new regulations of calibrators for track gage,according to JJG 404-2023 Calibrators for railway track gages,the measurement methods and math-ematical model for track gage and superelevation parameters of block gage and indicator calibrators for track gage are introduced in detail,the sources and components of measurement uncertainty that affects the measurement results are analyzed and determined,the measurement uncertainty of the measurement results of the reproduced value of the track gage/superelevation of calibrators for the block gage track gage and the indication error of the track gage/superelevation of the indicator calibrators for track gage separately are evaluated.The evaluation results indicate that the measurement uncertainty of the track gage and superelevation measurement results of calibrators for the track gage shall not exceed the corresponding target measurement uncertainty,which can meet the requirements of dissemination of quantity value.
