基于线阵相机的地铁车辆外观检查系统研究

在地铁列检作业中,通常由人工通过"眼看""手摸"等方式检查受电弓、轮对等关键部件.人工检查方式不仅效率低,且极易发生错检、漏检等情况,影响行车安全.为此,研究一种基于线阵相机的车辆外观检查系统,并进行试验和应用验证.结果表明:该系统能够在很大程度上替代列检中的人工检查,弥补人工检查列车外观的不足,更加有效地保障列检质量.
In the process of metro train inspection operations,key components such as pantographs and wheels are usually inspected manually through methods such as"visual inspection"and"manual touch".The manual inspection method is not only inefficient,but also prone to errors and omissions,which affects driving safety.To this end,a ve-hicle appearance inspection system based on linear array cameras is studied,and experiments and application verifi-cation are conducted.The results indicate that the system can largely replace manual inspection during the mainte-nance process,compensate for the shortcomings of manual inspection of train appearance,and more efficiently ensure the quality of train inspection.
