In response to the problems of complex transportation process,many man-hours,long cycle,high cost,and the impact on the technical performance of metro engineering flat car transported by using piggyback transport,a connection scheme between the car body and the H-frame welded bogie is designed to carry out technical transforma-tion of the engineering flat car.After verification,the shear strength at the bottom of the U-shaped carriers of the con-nection device,the strength of the screw with thread of the U-shaped carriers and curve passing capacity,and the sta-bility of the overall engineering flat car during vehicle lifting all meet the requirements for vehicle lifting.Practical ap-plication has shown that the connection scheme between the car body and the H-shaped frame welded bogie meets the requirements of piggyback transporting overall engineering flat car.
