为保证制动性能满足列车运行需求,需通过计算制动性能来合理匹配制动系统各部件的参数,设计铁路车辆(机车、客车、货车和有驾驶室的客车)所需的制动力、制动距离、制动减速度、制动功率和能量。为此,制定GB/T 44125(所有部分)—2024《铁路应用 制动性能计算(停车、减速和静态制动)》。介绍GB/T 44125(所有部分)—2024 制定背景和原则,解析利用平均值输入和瞬时值输入的通用算法和公式,计算机车车辆停车、减速距离,以及相应制动距离对应的制动功率和能量,并与ISO 20138(所有部分)《铁路应用 制动性能计算(停车、减速和静态制动)》对比分析,提出标准实施建议。
It is naessary to calculate the braking performance to reasonably match the parameters of each component of the braking system,and design the required braking force,braking distance,braking deceleration,braking power and energy for railway vehicles(locomotive,passenger car,freight car and passenger car with diver′s cab)in order to ensure that the braking performance meets the operational needs of the train.To this end,GB/T 44125(All parts)—2024 Railway applications-Calculation of braking performance(stopping,slowing and stationary braking)is formulated.The paper introduces the formulation background and principles of GB/T 44125(All parts)—2024,in-terprets to calculate the stopping and slowing distance,and the corresponding braking power and energy for the brak-ing distance of vehicles by using the general algorithms and formulas of average value input and instantaneous value input.The comparison and analysis between GB/T 44125(All parts)—2024 and ISO 20138(All parts)Railway applications-Calculation of braking performance(stopping,slowing and stationary braking)are carried out,and the suggestions for the implementation of the standard are put forward.
