火箭橇轨道标零卡规专用校准装置研制

对于火箭橇轨道检测用标零卡规,目前缺少标零卡规校准规范以及相应校准装置。为确保火箭橇轨道标零卡规量值的准确、可靠,研制火箭橇轨道标零卡规专用校准装置。基于标零卡规结构特点,提出标零卡规专用校准装置主要技术指标,设计标零卡规专用校准装置,并评定校准结果测量不确定度。评定结果表明,标零卡规专用校准装置测量结果扩展测量不确定度为 0。006 mm,小于目标测量不确定度0。01 mm,具备对火箭橇轨道标零卡规的溯源能力。
Currently,there is a lack of calibration specifications and corresponding calibration devices for the stan-dard zero scale snap gauge for testing the rocket skid track.To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the value of the quantity of the standard zero scale snap gauge for testing the rocket skid track,the dedicated calibration device for the standard zero scale snap gauge for testing rocket skid track is developed.Based on the structural characteristics of the standard zero scale snap gauge,the main technical indicators of the dedicated calibration device for the standard zero scale snap gauge are proposed,the dedicated calibration device for the standard zero scale snap gauge is designed,and the measurement uncertainty of the calibration result is evaluated.The evaluation results show that the extended measurement uncertainty of measurement result of the dedicated calibration device for the standard zero scale snap gauge is 0.006 mm,which is less than the target measurement uncertainty of 0.01 mm,and has the ability to trace the value of the quantinty of the standard zero scale snap gauge for testing the rocket skid track.
