To improve the efficiency of axle temperature monitoring system of CRH5 EMU,the testing platform for axle temperature monitoring system of CRH5 EMU is researched and developed.Design requirements for the testing platform are determined.The architecture and component of the testing platform are introduced,the software workflow of the testing platform,as well as the flow for testing axle temperature host,board,sensor,and the flow for counting his-torical fault data are described in detail.The testing platform is tried on CRH5 EMU of Taiyuan car depot.Trial results show that the testing platform can accurately diagnose the failure and specific area of the printed circuit board.
