为提高重载铁路钢轨轨面严重病害的维修效率和质量,提出铣磨与打磨相结合的重载铁路钢轨综合维修方案.依据维修流程,综合分析钢轨表面剥离掉块、钢轨波磨和钢轨磨耗的严重程度,确定需要铣磨的区段,制订铣磨方案和打磨方案,并确定铣磨和打磨作业间隔.通过比较仅打磨和综合维修方案的维修效果可知,当钢轨轨面存在严重病害时,采用综合维修方案可以减少钢轨打磨遍数,提高维修效率,节约维修成本,改善轮轨关系,并且抑制钢轨轨面病害发展效果更显著.
To improve the efficiency and quality of maintenance for serious rail surface defects on heavy haul rail-way,a comprehensive rail maintenance scheme combining rail milling and rail grinding is proposed.Based on the maintenance process,the severity of the rail surface delamination,rail undutatory wear,and the rail wearing are com-prehensively analyzed to determine the rail sections that need milling,make milling plan and grinding plan,and deter-mine the interval between milling and grinding operations.By comparing the maintenance effects of the two schemes,namely,only grinding and the comprehensive maintenance scheme,it can be concluded that when serious rail surface defects exist,the comprehensive maintenance scheme can reduce the times of rail grinding,improve maintenance effi-ciency,save maintenance cost,improve the wheel-rail relationship,and achieve more significant effect on suppression of the development of rail surface defects.
