市域铁路车辆检修工艺设备管理系统研发

随着轨道交通车辆检修检测工艺设备设计和制造水平的提升,轨道交通车辆检修工作中自动化装备应用日益广泛,如车辆入库 360°检测系统、巡检机器人等。这些设备逐渐替代人工,车辆检修工艺设备也从检修辅助角色转变为作业主体。在这样的背景下,对车辆检修工艺设备的管理亟待转变思路,从传统孤立、分散式管理的模式向可整合、可共享、以服务车辆检修为导向的新管理模式转变,并积极导入云平台、大数据计算、物联网、数字孪生等技术,实现信息化管理。以即将开通的上海市域铁路机场联络线为例,阐述市域铁路车辆检修工艺设备管理系统的设计,为轨道车辆检修工艺设备管理提供参考。
With the improvement of the design and manufacturing level of maintenance and inspection process equipment for rail transit vehicles,the application of automation equipment in rail transit vehicle maintenance work is becoming increasingly widespread,such as 360°inspection systems for vehicle storage and inspection robots.These devices are gradually replacing manual labor,and the vehicle maintenance process equipment has also shifted from an auxiliary maintenance role to an operational subject.In this context,the management of vehicle maintenance pro-cess equipment urgently needs to change its mindset,shifting from the traditional isolated and decentralized manage-ment model to a new management model that is integrated,shareable,and service-oriented for vehicle maintenance.It is also necessary to actively introduce technologies such as cloud platform,big data computing,IoT,and digital twins to achieve information management.Taking the soon to be opened Shanghai railway airport connection line as an example,this article elaborates on the design of the urban railway vehicle maintenance process equipment manage-ment system,which can provide reference for the management of rail vehicle maintenance process equipment.
