Research on Lightweight Design of Sewage Tank of Vacuum Collection Device of Power Centralized EMU
Lightweight dirt box of vacuum defecation collection device of EMU is of positive significance for improving dynamic characteristics of rail vehicles,reducing braking safety risks under emergency braking and reducing manufacturing process costs.Taking the sewage tank of vacuum defecation collection unit of 160 km/h power concentrated EMU as the research object,the static strength test,steady-state test,modal test and vibration test were carried out on the sewage tank according to the relevant standard test conditions and parameter setting requirements by using the finite element force analysis software.Referring to the simulation test results,based on meeting the use requirements,the lightweight scheme of the system structure of the sewage tank was studied.
