As an important node in people's travel,the catering service of railway stations and trains is closely related to passengers'travel experience and health.Using a combination of sampling survey and on-site inspection,a survey was conducted on the meals of different stations and time periods of a railway unit.Based on the analysis of the main problems and influencing factors,some suggestions on food purchasing and supply chain management,processing and storage are put forward.Combined with the contents of hygienic supervision and information publicity,the ideas of food management in railway stations and trains are optimized,so as to further improve the food safety management in railway stations and trains.
