摘要
为了进一步提高铁路运输企业及铁路职工因病突发致亡危害性的认识,在阐述在岗职工因病突发致亡流行特征的基础上,分析高风险影响因素,即慢性基础性疾病、生活行为、社会与家庭关系、高年龄、心理压力等,从强化管理措施、落实防控措施、推进体系化建设3个方面提出防控在岗因病突发致亡的对策.
Abstract
In order to further improve the understanding of the harmfulness of sudden death due to illness in railway transportation enterprises and railway employees,based on expounding the epidemic characteristics of sudden death due to illness among on the job employees,this paper analyzes the high-risk influencing factors,namely,chronic basic diseases,life behavior,social and family relations,high age,psychological pressure,etc.,and puts forward some countermeasures for preventing and controlling sudden death due to illness in on-the-job employees from three aspects:strengthening management measures,implementing prevention and control measures and promoting systematic construction.
