摘要
针对既有工务宿营车卫生间设备在野外工况条件下上水、下水及排污卸污困难,污物无法得到有效处理的问题,基于粪水实时处理、消毒灭菌、固液分离和中水回用技术,研发应用于工务宿营车的自洁式智能卫生间设备.测试及实际应用结果表明,自洁式智能卫生间设备可以实现粪水固液分离和中水回用,处理效果较好,可以有效改善野外作业职工生产生活条件.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems that it is difficult for the existing toilet equipment of public works camping vehicle to supply and drainage water,discharge under field working conditions,and the sewage cannot be effectively treated,based on the real-time treatment of feces,disinfection and sterilization,solid-liquid separation and water reuse technology,the self-cleaning intelligent toilet equipment is applied to the public works camping vehicle.The test and practical application results show that the self-cleaning intelligent toilet equipment can realize the separation of solid and liquid sewage and reuse of reclaimed water.The treatment effect is good,which can effectively improve the construction,production and living conditions of workers working in the field.
