Investigation and Analysis of Knowledge,Attitude and Practice of Food Safety among Employees in Canteen of a Railway Unit
By investigating the present situation and influencing factors of food safety knowledge,attitude and behavior(knowledge,belief and practice)of employees in the canteen of a railway unit in a certain jurisdiction,this paper puts forward targeted solutions to improve the food safety level of the canteen of the unit in the jurisdiction and ensure the health of employees.The relevant information was collected by questionnaire,and the influencing factors and the scores of knowledges,belief and practice of food safety were analyzed by χ2 tests.The results showed that there were significant differences in the awareness of food safety knowledge among employees with different employment natures in the canteen of the railway area,but there were no significant differences in the awareness of food safety knowledge among employees with different genders,educational background and age,which suggested that the employees in the canteen of the railway area had a high level of food safety attitude and behavior,but their knowledge of food safety,especially food poisoning,still needed to be further improved.
