摘要
探讨新建大理至保山铁路长大隧道钻爆法施工的职业健康对策.通过工程分析方法分析钻爆法施工中存在的主要职业病危害因素;采用全国铁路统一的职业卫生工作评估表对5个大保铁路长大隧道钻爆法施工项目部进行评分,找出存在问题并对照国家法律法规及标准规范提出职业健康对策.根据结果,从职业健康管理、职业病防护设施措施、个体防护用品、应急救援4个方面10个项点提出采用综合性防控策略,以实现保护劳动者职业健康的目的.
Abstract
This paper discusses the occupational health countermeasures of drilling and blasting construction of newly-built Dali-Baoshan railway long tunnel.Through engineering analysis method,the main occupational hazards existing in drilling and blasting construction are analyzed five project departments of drilling and blasting construction of large and long tunnels of Dali-Baoshan railway were scored by using the national unified occupational health evaluation table,and the existing problems were found out and the occupational health countermeasures were put forward according to the national laws,regulations and standards.According to the results,comprehensive prevention and control strategies were put forward from four aspects and 10 items,including occupational health management,occupational disease prevention facilities and measures,personal protective equipment and emergency rescue,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting workers'occupational health.
